Proposals are invited for single-session or two-session workshops during the conference. Workshops are aimed at exploring the frontiers of recent or emerging topics in mechatronics, educational or pedgaogical advances in mechatronics; and industry-focused activities.
To maximize participation, workshop sessions will run concurrently with regular sessions during the conference period and will be free for all conference registrants.
Workshop proposals (submitted through papercept) must include a pdf document including the following:
(1) Title,
(2) Organizer and panelist list,
(3) a statement of objectives,
(4) a description of the activities and relevance to mechatronics,
(5) a list of speakers/panelists with tentative presentation titles.
Unless specifically requested, individual workshop presentations are not peer-reviewed and do not appear in the proceedings.
Please submit proposals in the Papercept Conference system (http://ras.papercept.net/conferences/scripts/start.pl), under the track "Workshop/Tutorial Proposal".
